Besere Oil is a petroleum transportation, supply and trading company based in Duhok. Transportation of crude oil and petroleum products is the core of the business. The company also supplies fuel and refined products under contract and trades petroleum products across borders.
The yard, workshop and dispatch office are located together at Besre, on the Duhok–Zawita road in Duhok. Operations are managed on site.
We quote only work we can carry out. If a job is outside our capacity, we say so before accepting it.
We agree delivery windows in advance and plan each journey to meet them. If a delay becomes likely, we inform the client at once.
Seal numbers, quantities, customs papers and delivery notes are recorded during loading and discharge and returned with the invoice.

Drivers are trained for the products they carry. Rest hours are respected before a driver is assigned a journey.
Routes are planned before departure and drivers stay in contact with dispatch until the cargo is delivered.
Loading and discharge are supervised. Compartments are sealed for the journey, and spill control equipment is carried on each vehicle.
Drivers have emergency instructions and contact numbers for every journey. Incidents are reported immediately and then reviewed.
Residues and waste are disposed of properly. Any spill is contained, reported and cleaned up.
